Consultation & Supervision

Consultation that is more than case review or check-list style guidance.  My approach feels collaborative, honest, curious, and insightful.

Areas of Focus

EMDR

Deep consultation for clinicians integrating EMDR into their practice. We focus on phase-specific troubleshooting, target clearing, resourcing,  and refining the art of timing and interweaves.

Complex Trauma & Dissociation

Navigating the nuances of C-PTSD and structural dissociation including education if helpful. Tailored techniques for your client's and individual needs.

Ethical & Relational Practice

Maintaining boundaries and ethical integrity while doing deep relational work. We hold space for the clinician's humanity and the impact of the work on our own nervous systems.

Professional Growth & Support

I aim to be a person in your corner throughout your career! Do you want to start a practice? Grow a practice? Transition to a different sector? I love it! Let's talk it through.

We may be a good fit if:

You're wanting to move beyond surface level inventions with your clients

You value attachment focused, IFS-informed, DBT, grief, trauma, nervous system informed, or EMDR work

You are drawn toward trauma-focused work but crave more support and confidence

You prioritize building long-lasting relationships and sustainable therapist careers

Relational, Collaborative, Curious

Supervision Philosophy

I believe that effective therapeutic work demands the therapist's capacity to remain present and connected- to the client, to what's going on within themselves, and the therapeutic work. As a board approved supervisor, I am not interested in creating "perfect" therapists (like that even exists). My goal is to flame the embers of presence and curiosity within your practice while instilling you with ethical forethought and clinical tools.

My supervision approach encourages therapists to practice what we preach and deeply attune to their nervous systems. My supervisees learn how to use their nervous systems as tools within  our personal and professional lives in order create long-lasting careers resilient to burn-out. This aligns with my business model of sustainable therapy for all.

Most of all, I love developing deep and lasting relationships with my supervisees.

Shout out to the supervisors who have been invaluable in my development!
